Orlando, FL (July 20, 2020) – Around 2:30 p.m. yesterday, July 19, injuries were reported following a rollover crash in Orlando.
Orange County authorities and fire crews responded to the scene of the collision, which took place in the afternoon hours at the intersection of Old Winter Garden Road and Takoma Street.
Three vehicles allegedly collided with one another at the intersection for reasons that are not yet known. One or more of the vehicles overturned following the collision. According to police, the vehicles involved were heavily damaged as a result of the accident.
Fire crews confirmed that victims were trapped in at least one or more vehicles. They were able to rescue all victims involved. Multiple victims were then transported to area hospitals with injuries but their conditions are not yet known.
Police urged drivers to travel around the area to avoid the intersection until they were able to clear the scene.
The circumstances of the crash are not yet known and police continue their investigation.
