Orlando, FL (October 5, 2020) – Around 2:30 a.m. on Monday morning, October 5, a fatal motorcycle crash occurred at an intersection in Orlando.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the collision took place at the intersection of Redditt Road and Tidewave Street. A 30-year-old man from St. Cloud was traveling north on his motorcycle at Redditt when he suddenly lost control of his bike, crashing into a sign on the side of the road.
The man, as well as his 34-year-old female passenger, were both ejected from the motorcycle. The woman, whose name has not yet been released, was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
The man was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center to be treated for serious injuries. He is currently facing charges.
The investigation into the accident continues.
