Orlando, FL – 1 Killed and 3 Injured in Fatal Fire on Jackson St

New Smyrna Beach, FL – One Dead After Fatal House Fire on St Andrews Cir

Orlando, FL (April 6, 2020) – Around 10:30 p.m. on Friday night, one person was killed and three were injured in a fire on Jackson Street in Orlando.

The incident affected a two-story apartment near 500 Jackson Street. The Orlando Fire Department arrived at the scene to find that the building was fully engulfed in flames.

Fire crews discerned that one person was injured. They were rescued and taken to the Orlando Regional Medical Center for treatment. One person was also pronounced deceased at the scene.

Officials also confirmed that two firefighters were injured in the fire and received care for their injuries.

A total of twelve adults and one child were displaced due to the fire.

An investigation into the circumstances of the fire continues.
