New Smyrna Beach, FL – One Dead After Fatal House Fire on St Andrews Cir

New Smyrna Beach, FL (October 16, 2020) – On Wednesday, October 14, one person was killed in a fatal house fire that took place on New Smyrna Beach.

According to police, the accident took place at 600 St. Andrews Circle when a home caught on fire for reasons that are not yet known. When fire officials showed up at the scene, they found smoke pouring from the roof of the home.

Paramedics and other responders were dispatched to the scene of the fire. One person was pronounced dead at the scene. It is not known if any other parties were injured as a result.

The area was blocked off throughout the day until police were able to clear the scene.

No further details have been released but the investigation into the fire continues.
