Orlando, FL – Seven Injured in Car Crash at Colonial Rd and Hiawassee Rd

Mims, FL (May 9, 2020) – Around 11 a.m. this morning, police responded to the scene of a car accident with injuries at a local intersection.

Few details have been released regarding the collision but it is believed that two vehicles collided at the intersection of Pinewood Place and US-1 in Mims.

Paramedics were present at the scene of the accident. They assisted those with injuries, though the extent of the damages is not yet known.

There was a roadblock released in the area for a short period of time but police quickly reopened the intersection.

The investigation into the circumstances of the collision continues.
