Lake Mary, FL (August 11, 2020) – Around 4 p.m. this afternoon, police responded to the scene of a car accident with injuries in Lake Mary.
Though few details have been released regarding the collision, police confirmed that the crash took place at the intersection of West 25th Street and Casa Verde Boulevard. It is believed that two vehicles collided at the intersection, leading to severe damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and various other emergency responders were present at the scene of the accident. They assisted those with injuries, though it is not yet known how many were injured in total. The injured victims were hospitalized as a result.
A roadblock was issued in the area for a period of time until police were able to clear the scene.
The investigation into the circumstances of the accident continues at this time.
