St. Cloud, FL (September 10, 2020) – Around 5:55 a.m. last morning, September 9, a fatal motorcycle crash took place in St. Cloud.

The Florida Highway Patrol confirmed that the accident took place at the intersection of US-192 and East Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway when a passenger vehicle and a motorcycle collided with each other.

The accident occurred when the sedan involved was driving north and attempted to make a left turn. It pulled forward in front of a motorcycle traveling in the area. When the vehicles collided, the motorcyclist was thrown from his bike.

Paramedics and several other responders were present at the scene of the crash. The motorcyclist was identified as a 38-year-old St. Cloud man who was pronounced dead at the scene. 

The roadway was blocked in the area of the accident for some time.

The circumstances of the crash remain under investigation.
