Orlando, FL (October 20, 2020) – Yesterday, October 19, two children were injured in a school bus crash that took place in Orlando.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the accident involved an Orange County school bus that collided with a sedan. The vehicle was driving on Hiawassee Road in the area of Clarcona Ocoee Road when it sideswiped the bus. The bus was stopped in the left lane of traffic at the time.

Paramedics and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene of the accident. Two children on the bus were transported to the hospital with injuries but they are expected to make a full recovery.

The roadway was blocked in the area for some time.

No further details have been released but the investigation continues.
