Orlando, FL – Semi-Truck Collision with Injuries on FL-528

Clermont, FL – Teen Killed in Fatal Truck Accident at US-27 and Hooks St

Orlando, FL (September 4, 2020) – Around 4 p.m. last afternoon, September 3, a semi-truck collision with serious injuries took place in Orlando.

Though few details have been released regarding the accident, police confirmed that the crash took place in the westbound lanes of FL-528. The accident occurred when a passenger vehicle collided with a semi-truck for reasons that are not yet known. The black sedan was seen lodged underneath the semi-truck with severe damages.

Paramedics and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene of the accident. One female patient from inside the black sedan was transported to the hospital for treatment of traumatic injuries. Her current condition is not yet known.

Due to the severity of the accident, multiple lanes of traffic were closed down in the area for some time.

The investigation into the circumstances of the collision continues.
