Orlando, FL – Car Crash at S Texas Ave and Wakulla Way Intersection

Orlando, FL (August 3, 2020) – Early this morning, authorities responded to the scene of a car accident with injuries at an intersection in Orlando.

According to police, the accident took place around 9:30 p.m. at the intersection of Sand Lake Road and Voltaire Drive when two vehicles forcefully collided with one another for reasons that are not yet known. Police believe that both vehicles attempted to enter the intersection at the same time.

Numerous emergency responders, including fire crews and paramedics, were dispatched to the scene of the accident. They assisted those with injuries, though the conditions of the victims are not yet known.

The roadway was quickly reopened in the area of the intersection and traffic was able to return to normal.

No further details have been released. The investigation into the circumstances of the accident remains ongoing.
