New Smyrna Beach, FL – One Dead After Fatal House Fire on St Andrews Cir

Ocala, FL (April 28, 2020) – According to Ocala Fire Rescue, a train accident involving a pedestrian took place around 4:43 p.m. yesterday, April 27.

The accident took place at an unidentified location in Ocala, according to Marion County authorities. A pedestrian, who was not identified, was struck by the train and pinned underneath for reasons that are not yet known.

Police confirmed that the individual was extricated around 5 p.m. and taken to the hospital as a trauma alert.

Nobody on the train was injured in the incident.

At this time, the investigation into the accident continues.
