Longwood, FL (April 20, 2020) – Around 12:16 p.m. today, police responded to the scene of a multi-vehicle collision in the eastbound lanes of I-4.
The accident, according to police, took place around the area of E. Williamson Road in Longwood.
Police confirmed that the collision was so severe that it backed up traffic around the area of the Central Parkway. Two lanes of traffic were completely blocked due to the accident.
Paramedics were called to the scene so that they could assist those with injuries. Their conditions are not yet known.
Police continue to investigate the circumstances of the collision.
