Fatal Accidents in Florida
There are many types of accidents that lead to catastrophic and life-threatening results every year in the state of Florida. Among the most horrific types of accidents are head-on collisions, which account for approximately 2% of accidents on our roadways. These accidents tend to occur when a driver is not paying close attention to the roads around them, causing them to cross the median and head straight into oncoming traffic. However, these accidents can also happen due to intoxicated driving, low visibility, and many other reasons that are sometimes out of our control.
If you believe that a head-on collision took the life of a loved one due to neglect, you may find that you and your family have a wrongful death claim in Florida.
