In 2013, approximately 476 pedestrians lost their lives in Florida accidents due to the negligence of others. Florida sits at the top of the list for states with the most pedestrian accidents and fatalities. Many more people are catastrophically injured in these accidents that take place due to the reckless acts of others. Especially when a driver flees the scene of an accident, these accidents can result in horrific harm. If you have been injured in one of these accidents and believe that another party is to blame for your accident, it is essential that you have a skilled and resourceful attorney by your side.
Pedestrians are some of the most at-risk parties on our roads who are susceptible to some of the worst harm.
